I just dropped a pound in the last day. WHOO HOO.
Today's menu:
1/2 cup mccann's oatmeal
1 banana
2 bites of hubby p&b breakfast s/w
slice of turkey meatloaf
2 kiwis
1 grapefruit
Dinner: greens/more turkey meatloaf
I plan on hitting the gym today.
