Wow! I haven't blogged for a week! I have missed you my dear blog!
So, Tahoe was great, but it didn't do wonders to my diet!
However, I *did* manage to work out EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!
That is new for me. I like working out now.
The thing is, I still like eating! (doh!)
I am at a flat 212.
I need to lose 5 more pounds in 2 weeks to hit my first phase goal!!!
I believe it has been the sweets that have been not too kind to my body.
Well, in 2 weeks, I am going to kick it up and vow NOT to eat any chocolate.
Let's see how my body reacts to that!
