Is my scale right?
I ate brownies yesterday, (my slip! which I didnt document), but I worked out at the gym also (which I didnt plan) for an hour.
Oatmeal/Berries
Grapefruit/Banana
Protein Bar
Veggies/Chicken for dinner
Activities: Gym after work.
I still have a long way to go, but at least the scale is moving in the right direction.
