Day 2...

So, Korean BBQ was really great, but it is so hard to not eat like a goldfish!
I know when I'm full, but its challenging when all the food is just in front of you!
The little plates are evil!

But, all in all, I think I did a pretty good job trying to be healthy and not over eating.

This morning was great. Ran 2.7 miles today and felt pretty good!

Planned meals for today:

Bfast: Big Big Apple
Snack: Oatmeal?
Lunch: Leftover green beans & left over duck
Dinner: Hubby will make turkey burgers (without the buns!)

Its always very hard to keep the planned meals planned! (theres always something else!)

Next week will be a *challenge* as I am headed to NYC for business. All the great restuarants!
Will try my best!

    You are right - travel is always hard. What I would do is have a juice for breakfast, skip lunch and really enjoy dinner! :) Warrior diet style!
