
Some eye candy for y'all. (even tho I wont be having any of it! heehee) at least for now..
Hit the gym this morning and did a 30 minute run on the treadmill.
Today's plan (hope I stick to it!)
Apple
raisins/almonds
Protein Bar
1 piece of wheat toast
steamed veggies
Steakhouse dinner
PS. I soo did not know dried fruit contained so many calories!!! WTH?!!! Isn't it supposed to be better than candy? Why so many calories?!!!
